Front of House (FOH) Manager

The Front of House (FOH) Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and leading the service team with professionalism and efficiency. This role manages front-of-house staff, maintains service standards, handles guest relations, supports team development, and works closely with leadership to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized leader, and hospitality-focused professional who can create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining smooth and successful restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and coach FOH team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and service
  • Oversee daily opening, closing, and shift operations

  • Manage reservations, seating flow, and guest concerns with professionalism
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling needs, and team performance
