We're a well-loved, high-volume, full-service group here in the Lehigh Valley and we're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager (FOH) to join our leadership team in Bethlehem, PA.

This isn't a corporate gig where you're just a number. We're a local favorite with loyal regulars, a tight crew, and a reputation for doing things the right way. We need a leader who loves being on the floor, building a team, and making guests feel like family.

What You'll Do as our Restaurant Manager in Bethlehem, PA:

• Run a sharp FOH - own the floor, lead the shift, and keep service smooth when it's busy
• Be the culture-setter - hire, train, coach, and motivate a team that has your back
• Take care of our guests - handle the wow moments, fix the tough ones, and make sure everyone leaves happy
• Partner with our GM to manage labor, control costs, and drive sales
• Keep it clean, safe, organized, and fun

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years as an FOH Manager / Service Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• You're a true people-person - you lead from the front and your team wants to work with you
• You get hospitality and you get the business side - labor, service scores, guest experience
• Cool under pressure, great communicator, natural problem solver
• Open availability - you know what this business takes
