About the Role:Copperfield Inn LLC is looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team in Limerick, PA! Responsibilities:- Oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise FOH staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Monitor floor operations during service to maintain quality, speed, and hospitality standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and BOH management to ensure smooth communication and service flow
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
Requirements:- 2+ years of FOH management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic restaurant technology
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred
