Title of Position: FOH Manager

Job Description: As the FOH Manager, you will support the General Manager by organizing outstanding work shifts, leading all front-of-house operations, and carrying out administrative responsibilities. You will deliver the leadership essential to ensure the dining room and bar continually operate up to company and industry standards. Your main responsibilities include overseeing that team members, trainers, and shift leaders complete all assigned tasks and deliver safe, high-quality food and drinks in a warm, friendly manner. As the FOH Manager, you will assist the General Manager with facility maintenance, recruitment, hiring and development of excellent employees, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• This position mandates a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Bar Manager in a high-volume setting
• The FOH Manager must be passionate about, and excel in, the development and mentoring of others
• The ability to drive positive sales, elevate guest counts, and deliver exceptional hospitality is compulsory
• Trust, honesty, integrity and a heartfelt passion for customer satisfaction is a necessity
• The FOH Manager should represent our company as a “brand ambassador” at all times
