    Position Summary:
    Dahlia is seeking a Front of House Manager who will oversee daily dining operations, ensuring every guest receives unparalleled service. This role requires a poised, professional leader who can inspire staff, uphold our high standards, and contribute to the continued success of our restaurant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Supervise and support the front-of-house team, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and server assistants. Foster a positive and professional work environment.
    • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service by ensuring all team members are trained to provide polished, attentive, and personalized service.
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee dining room operations, manage reservations, coordinate seating plans, and ensure smooth service flow during shifts.
    • Training and Development: Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and wine pairings. Conduct regular performance evaluations to support growth and improvement.
    • Conflict Resolution: Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and poise, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to execute private dining and special occasions with precision.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and liquor license regulations.
    • Inventory Management: Assist with ordering and inventory for front-of-house supplies, such as linens, glassware, and bar stock.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a management role in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of wine and beverage service; sommelier certification is a plus but not required.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
    • Familiarity with reservation management and POS systems.
    • A passion for hospitality, fine dining, and creating memorable guest experiences.
