**Job Summary:**
The FOH Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front of the house. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient customer experience.
- Keep track of sales and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding cash handling and safety.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required.
