Description
Job Title- FMCG Project Manager
Location: Solon, OH (Remote considered)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Duration: 14 Month +Contract
Job Summary:
Lead end-to-end R&D innovation and renovation projects for Frozen Foods, coordinating cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, costs, and risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.
- Drive projects from concept through commercialization.
- Provide project status updates and resolve issues proactively.
- Support and coach junior project managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- 7+ years of experience in R&D, Operations, Commercial, or related functions.
- Food & Beverage/CPG or R&D experience preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
