    Description

    Join a leading global equipment manufacturer to design next-generation hydraulic and pneumatic systems for heavy industrial process machinery. As a Fluids Engineer, you will drive critical fluid circuit design and pressure sizing projects to deliver high-performance automation solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create detailed hydraulic and pneumatic circuit drawings and piping diagrams for heavy industrial systems.
    • Develop valve panel assembly drawings and oversee component selection for custom machinery.
    • Execute system sizing calculations for hydraulic power units, valves, and piping networks.
    • Perform complex engineering calculations to determine fluid flow, pressure drops, and system dynamics.
    • Compile installation task lists and technical specifications for manufacturing and field assembly.
    • Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and system start-ups as required.


    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience).
    • 4+ years of experience in fluid power systems design, hydraulic circuit design, and heavy industrial equipment.
    • Proven proficiency using AutoCAD for circuit schematics.
    • Demonstrated expertise in system sizing, flow and pressure engineering calculations, and DFM principles within heavy process industries.
    • Strong self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a track record of adapting to new technologies.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
