Description

Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for a flow room operator position at a manufacturing company in Danbury CT. This is a temp-to-hire job.

The hours are 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday. The salary is $19.50 an hour.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate and set up wave solder, selective solder, washing machines and contamination tester under guidance of area supervisor and manufacturing engineer
  • Perform basic assembly operations following documented work instructions and/or customer documentation
  • Work under close direction of supervisor, group leader, or designee. Assignments may include component prep, manual assembly, mechanical assembly, board stuffing, wire prepping and termination, or other similar tasks
  • Enter transactions into computer, completes logs and records as required
  • Other tasks as assigned
 
Job Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Able to read, write and speak English
  • Able to handle physical aspects of the job
  • Able to pass pre-employment screenings
