Relentless Hospitality
Anticipate guest needs before they ask — refills, suggestions, solutions

Keep the front counter flowing smoothly during busy periods
Support teammates by running food, helping expo, or jumping in where needed
Handle guest concerns with calmness, grace, and generosity
Core Responsibilities
Accurately enter guest orders into the POS and process payments
Guide guests through the menu with confidence and clarity
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area
Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service smooth
Assist with running food, bussing tables, and resetting the dining room
Resolve guest concerns with empathy and quick action
