Job Overview: You will manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to final quote. This role offers one of the best commission structures in the floor covering industry. You will work directly with retail clients, contractors, and commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate quotes and send them to clients with 24 hours
* Conduct accurate measurements and material estimations for residential and commercial spaces
* Provide expert guidance on material selection and installation processes.
* Follow up consistently with leads to maximize sales conversion rates.
* Maintain a clean-cut professional appearance and arrive on time to all appointments.
5 Must-Have requirements to Apply:
1. Flooring Sales Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales success in the flooring industry.
2. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of carpet, laminate, hardwood, and tile.
3. Installation Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of installation methods for all flooring types.
4. Project Estimation: Ability to accurately measure and calculate material needs for residential and commercial layouts.
5. Core Sales Discipline: Punctual, professional demeanor, and a strong mastery of basic sales closing techniques.
* Bonus Asset: Ability to speak Spanish is high valued.
