Position Overview:
Were seeking experienced Flooring Installers with expertise in tile and carpet to join our team for residential projects. If you're passionate about craftsmanship and delivering high-quality flooring solutions, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Install tile and carpet flooring in residential homes to high standards
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit spaces
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow safety protocols and use necessary protective gear
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in tile and carpet installation
- Vehicle: Must have a vehicle suitable for transporting materials and tools
- Tools: Must own all necessary tools for flooring installation, including safety gear
- Crew Size: Ability to work in a team of 2-3 crews (1 Lead + 1-6 installers)
- Location Preferences: Priority given to candidates based in Atlanta, GA
- Background Check: All candidates will undergo a background check
- Interview: On-site interview with installation managers required.
