Floor Technician Special Projects

Compensation: $18.75 - 25.00/Hr. TBD on experience
Employment type: Full Time / Part-time

We are a commercial cleaning business seeking Floor Technicians in your area!!! This is a Full-Time position with possible overtime with room for growth. This position also offers benefits (Based on qualifying period with company)

Requirements are listed below:
- Need to have experience in floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets.
- Must have your own form of transportation.
- Availability to travel for extended period of time if needed.
- Availability to work overnight shifts.

Experience operating the following machines:
• Buffer
• Cimex Machine
• Barracuda Stripping Machine
• Auto Scrubber
• Guzzler
• Liquidator

Responsibilities:
- Floor Maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet areas
- Sweep and mop tile and linoleum floors.
- Stripping and waxing of floors according to schedule
- Treat carpets with chemical solutions to remove stains.
- Overnight scrubbing of grout according to schedule
- General Maintenance of flooring throughout facility


Schedule is subject to change with advance notice and mileage will be covered if required to travel to various facilities.

Documentation to work in the U.S

Availability work Overnight shift and weekend

Bilingual Spanish

Must work during the Holidays End of Year - Required - Black Out Dates

Must-Have Slip Resistant Shoes At All Times.

Must be Able to Lift, Push and Pull Maximum 50 pounds. (Trash, Boxes)

Must be able to operate equipment weighing upto 200 pounds (i.e. Push, and Pull Machinery)

Must be Able to Bend, Kneel and Extend to Reach Required Areas.

Requirements on First Day of Work:

****Must Have Mobile App Ready to Clock in at Start and End of Shift****

Must arrive with Slip Resistant Shoes.

Must use Closed Shoes at all Time.

No Leggings Allowed

No Shorts Allowed

Own form of Transportation.

Restrictions:

No Audio Headphones Allowed to be worn during working hours.

Must wear uniform T-Shirt to enter location and present Virtual Badge ID
