South Haven Health & Rehabilitation is looking for a dependable, hardworking Floor Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, employees, and visitors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors as needed

• Operate floor buffers, scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility

• Clean and maintain carpets and other floor surfaces

• Follow established cleaning schedules

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

• Maintain equipment and report needed repairs

• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures

• Assist the housekeeping team as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Floor care, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred

• Experience with floor buffers, scrubbers, or similar equipment is a plus

• Knowledge of stripping and waxing floors preferred

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
