Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $11.55hr - $16.55hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in operating floor maintenance machines.
  • Ability to operate designated floor equipment including auto-scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, and carpet extractors at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, sweep, vacuum, and polish floors.
  • Use various tools and equipment including hand power scrubbing and polishing equipment, small and large vacuum cleaners, and large commercial buffers.
  • Utilize cleaning materials such as brooms, dust brushes, dust pans, wet and dry mops, and bucket mop wringers.
  • Apply special cleaning solutions and chemical cleaners safely.
  • Operate large mechanical machines to strip, scrub, shampoo, and wax floors.

Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):
