Job Summary:The Floor Supervisor / Retail Sales Associate will manage the front-end operations of the store and ensure that each customer has the best experience possible in the store.
Supervisory Responsibilities:Delegate tasks to other staff as necessary.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Greets and interacts with customers.
- Ensures exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
- Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
- Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.
- Ensures that sales staff are using sales techniques such as upselling, tie-in sales, and suggestive selling.
- Ensures sales areas are kept neat, clean, dusted, and in the correct place.
- Ensures merchandise has proper tags and labeling.
- Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, and places special orders.
- Ensures back stock is kept neat and orderly, checked, and stocked daily.
- Maintains end caps and rotates end cap merchandise regularly.
- Processes returns and exchanges.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Previous retail experience (1-3 years)
