Description
Bring your leadership to a fully onsite manufacturing environment in Oklahoma City where process testing, reverse engineering, and continuous improvement drive real results. In this Floor Supervisor opportunity, you’ll oversee daily production operations for an established automotive-parts manufacturer supporting major OEM supply channels.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Floor Supervisor position include:
- 2-4 years of production, manufacturing, or related supervisory experience with a stable job history required
- Direct daily manufacturing activities, maintain floor visibility, and uphold productivity, reliability, and accuracy standards
- Oversee equipment setup and scheduled production starts
- Track production results, material usage, waste, and downtime; coordinate repairs and resolve production issues across departments
- Train, motivate, schedule, and evaluate employees; assign work, approve timecards and vacation, manage overtime, and address complaints
- Partner with quality control to correct deficiencies and enforce quality policies
- Enforce safety programs and ensure required employee training is completed
- Proficiency with Oracle Forms and email
Salary: $25 per hour.
