Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club is seeking a Floor Supervisor.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to help lead daily front-of-house operations. This role is hands-on and guest-focused, ensuring exceptional service, smooth shifts, and strong team communication. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise front-of-house staff during service to ensure service standards are met.
- Support staff with table management, pacing, and overall floor flow.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry items as required for restaurant operations.
- Open availability required.
- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for long periods.
- Lifting, carrying, and moving items as needed during service.
