Floor ManagerJob Summary: The Nassau Diner is seeking for an experienced and team-oriented candidate for the Floor Manager. This is a Full-Time position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.

Essential Functions:

Oversee and perform all duties of the Front DeskMonitor and maintain store inventory parsMaintain a very clean work environmentMonitor daily reservations and make confirmation phone calls as appropriateRecord all deliveries (paper, produce etc) and any errorsCoach and support new and existing staff membersHandle customer reservations and requests over the phoneMake sure all employees follow company policies and guidelinesMaintain professionalism and set an example for all staffEnsure diner is complying with health and safety regulationsSupport General Manager as applicableOther duties as assigned

Requirements:

More than two years in FOH restaurant experience

Restaurant environment.The noise level in this workplace is usually moderate to high.

Education and Experience:

Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required
