We are looking for highly motivated individuals with outstanding customer service skills and a passion for cars and sales to work as a Floor Manager. An automobile is one of the biggest purchases many consumers will make in their lifetime and this is your opportunity to become a part of that process. As a Floor Manager, your responsibility is to oversee and develop the Sales Consultants as well approve sales and trade-in transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Manages Sales Consultants to ensure that all aspects of the sales processes are effectively executed
• Uses the lead management processes to follow up on all prospects to ensure a luxury sales experience
• Manages and measures the sales team's performance to ensure that performance goals and objectives are attained including customer satisfaction and employee satisfactions targets
• Identifies, addresses, and takes necessary actions to ensure that all performance standards are met.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum three years of automotive sales experience and/or two years of automotive supervisory experience
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, training, counseling, and interpersonal relationships skills
• Strong in communication, negotiations, and customer resolution
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
• Detail oriented and customer focused
• Working knowledge of DealerTrack, Word, and Excel
