    Pay Range:


    Minimum starting wage $15.15/hour, higher dependent on experience relating to this position.

    Expectations and Responsibilities include, not limited to:


    • Strong, positive customer service

    • Participate in generating sales including maintaining general cleanliness of store, warehouse, and assigned areas

    • Participate in management staff meetings, assist with special projects or programs, and implementing new procedures

    • Upholding the retail disciplines of fronting, facing and flossing

    • Participate in continuing education and training to maintain knowledge of products and services

    • Accountable for cash handling, processing credit/debit cards, coupons, etc.

    • Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

    • May be required to lift at least 10 lbs. up to 25 lbs. and possibly 50 lbs.


    Qualifications:


    • Supervisory experience of at least one year, in a retail environment preferred

    • Customer service experience preferred

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    • Ability to perform and understand basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions

    • Ability to read instructions, policies, procedures, and complete forms either in writing or using a computer

    • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred



    **Full-time status required; 30 or more total hours worked per week
