K. Payne Contracting, LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Clean Specialist to join our growing team in Johnson, TN. Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of various floor types including hardwood, tile, and carpet
- Operate floor cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and treatments based on floor surface type
- Inspect floors for damage, stains, or areas requiring special attention and report findings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients to ensure job satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in floor care, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Familiarity with floor cleaning equipment and surface-specific cleaning techniques
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when on job sites
