Floor Care Technician 2

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR CREW MEMBERS: Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to: Cleans designated areas (walls, windows, doors etc.) following facility specific processes. *This position's main focus will be using auto scrubbing machines to maintain cleanliness of floors and kitchen areas for location in downtown Duluth.

Floor Care Technician for Hospital setting, Downtown Duluth. $19-$20 hour Monday-Friday 8pm-3am

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR CREW MEMBERS:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

• Cleans designated areas (walls, windows, doors etc.) following facility specific processes.
• Damp mop, refinishes, polishes flooring surfaces as appropriate using proper equipment and procedures.
• Vacuums carpet and upholstered furniture using proper equipment and procedures.
• Cleans,checks, and refills supply dispensers as needed. (paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, sanitary napkin, sanitary seat covers, odor control,etc.).
• Empties trash receptacles following proper procedures.
• Responds to general cleaning needs.
• Follows directions of caution / warning labels on chemical supplies.
• Complies with company and department safety policies and procedures. Follows proper utilization of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Supports and participates in changes affecting the company and the department.
• Is willing to be flexible with hours. (Some shift duration may be 7-8 hours; end shift time between 3:00am and 4:00am)
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Ability to work independently as needed
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CREW MEMBERS:

• Acceptable Criminal Background Check - Required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF CREW MEMBERS:

• Routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds

Job Types: Full-time

Wage Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
