Floating Supervisor – Big Buns Damn Good Burgers

Big Buns Damn Good Burgers is looking for a passionate and motivated Floating Supervisor to support multiple locations and help lead dynamic teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment.

As a Floating Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role by providing coverage and operational support across Big Buns locations, guiding team members, and ensuring consistent standards for service, quality, and hospitality. You’ll adapt quickly to different teams and environments while fostering a positive culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to different locations, teams, and operational needs
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation is required, as this position will travel between multiple Big Buns locations
• Ability to lead by example and provide exceptional guest service
• Strong commitment to teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
• Requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in food and beverage.
• Experience as a supervisor.
• An amazing work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
