What Youll Do

• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and respect
• Support both communities while maintaining high-quality standards

What Were Looking For

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different communities
• Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellence
