What Youll Earn

• $24.00-$26.00/hour base pay
• Up to 50% rent discount - live where you work
• Shared renewal commissions with property staff

• $15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid - not expected for free)

What Youll Do

Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What You Need

• Valid drivers license + personal vehicle
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus - not required to apply

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
