We are seeking an experienced Floating Maintenance Professional to join the team in Jacksonville & Brunswick. Interview in person on Wednesday, 8/5 between 4pm-6pm at Banyan Bay Apartment Homes (1700 San Pablo Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32224).

Responsibilities:

• Interior Residential Remodeling
• Countertop Fabrication and Installation
• Interior Door Hanging and Trim
• Cabinet Door Hanging
• Sheetrock
• General Apartment Maintenance
• Basic Electrical and Plumbing
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience as a carpenter with skills in drywall, woodworking, basic plumbing and electrical, interior remodeling and painting
• HVAC experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Provide own hand tools
• Based in Jacksonville, FL with ability to travel to Brunswick, GA
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
