About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Floating Cleaner to support commercial cleaning operations at multiple client locations throughout Athens County. This position serves as a backup for existing cleaning staff while also maintaining a regular weekly schedule in Pomeroy, Ohio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work, values consistency, and takes pride in maintaining clean, professional environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Clean and maintain office and commercial spaces
• Dust surfaces and common areas
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Provide coverage for other cleaning staff as needed
• Complete additional general cleaning tasks as assigned

Schedule

• Approximately 10+ hours per week
• Recurring Friday assignment in Pomeroy beginning at 2:45 PM and lasting approximately 2.5 to 3 hours
• Additional hours available Monday through Friday, typically after 4:00 PM
• Flexible opportunity with the potential to pick up extra shifts as business needs arise

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites using the company vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
