Location: The Learning Experience – Cascade, MIPay:$16–$18 per hour (based on experience and credentials)Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Cascade is hiring a flexible and energetic Floater Teacher to provide classroom support across our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs.
This is a great role for an educator who enjoys working with different age groups and doesn't want every day to look exactly the same. You'll step into classrooms where you're needed most while helping maintain consistency, safe ratios, and a positive experience for children.
What You'll Do
- Provide classroom coverage across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs
- Support teacher breaks, staffing needs, and classroom transitions
- Engage children in developmentally appropriate learning and play
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and outdoor activities
- Help maintain appropriate classroom ratios
- Provide attentive supervision and positive guidance
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms
- Collaborate with teachers and center leadership
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous childcare or daycare experience preferred
- Comfortable working with multiple age groups
- CDA or ECE coursework is a plus
- Flexible, reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
