    Are you a compassionate, adaptable provider who enjoys making a difference wherever you're needed most? Thunder Bay Community Health Service, Inc. (TBCHS) is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Float Primary Care Provider!

    In this unique and rewarding role, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to patients of all ages while supporting our clinic teams across multiple locations. Whether you're helping cover a colleague's absence, stepping in during a busy time, or providing care where the need is greatest, you'll play an essential role in keeping our communities healthy.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
    • Float between clinic locations to support providers and care teams as needed.
    • ️ Assess, diagnose, treat, and help patients manage their overall health and wellness.
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Evaluate and treat urgent and emergent medical conditions when necessary.
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
    • Help support and supervise advanced practice provider students.

    What We're Looking For

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
    • Current, valid Michigan NP or PA-C license and DEA registration.
    • BLS certification required at hire.
    • A team-oriented, flexible provider who is comfortable working across different clinic locations.
    • Experienced providers and recent graduates with pending certification are encouraged to apply!
