As a BCBA at LAC, you'll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve. Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
- Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
Salary Description
Up to $90,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities
