Are you an exceptional organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters? We're looking for a Flight Operations Scheduling Manager to lead our scheduling team and oversee the daily coordination of student pilots, certified flight instructors, and aircraft availability.

In this role, you'll manage a team of 5-6 schedulers while serving as the operational heartbeat of our flight training program. Your ability to balance people, priorities, and schedules will directly impact student success, instructor productivity, and the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 Flight Operations Schedulers
  • Manage complex scheduling for students, instructors, aircraft, and training resources
  • Ensure efficient utilization of instructors and aircraft while maintaining an exceptional student experience
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and reporting
  • Serve as a key point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and escalations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team
  • Experience managing multiple schedules and competing priorities
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Aviation, airline, flight school, or transportation scheduling experience preferred, but not required
