Standard Job Description
You will be the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 for the Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop and Component Paint team which is responsible for delivering high‑quality C130J aircraft.
What You Will Be Doing
As the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost and schedule obligations for a 130‑person team on the C130J program.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive a safety‑first culture and enforce FOD‑control standards.
Ensure product quality meets stringent aerospace requirements.
Manage cost performance and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain schedule fidelity and mitigate delivery risks.
Mentor and develop both salaried staff and artisans/mechanics.
