Applicants must hold one or more of the following:
Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement
Nationally recognized certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
Licensed Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
Certified Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance Instructor with anatomy and movement training
Preferred Qualifications:
Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
One or more years of experience in fitness, wellness, or bodywork
Strong understanding of body mechanics, flexibility, and functional movement
Deliver safe, customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to help clients increase range of motion and reduce tension
Apply expert knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement mechanics
Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and the benefits of mobility training
Build lasting client relationships through trust, communication, and measurable results
Collaborate with the studio team to convert trial sessions into memberships
Participate in ongoing StretchLab training and continuing education
