What Good Care Looks Like

Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.

That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.

None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.

Put your precision in print and help create the medication packaging patients depend on

The Flexographic Press Operator plays a critical role in producing the specialized printed materials used in medication packaging, including pressure-sensitive and heat-seal glue cards with foil backing. In this role, you'll operate and maintain advanced printing equipment, ensure exceptional print quality, perform quality checks, troubleshoot production issues, and keep production running efficiently. Production teams, pharmacy operations, quality assurance teams, healthcare providers, and ultimately patients all rely on the accuracy, consistency, and quality of the materials produced in this role.

Unlike traditional flexographic printing roles that focus on commercial labels, packaging, or consumer products, this position supports the production of specialized materials used in medication packaging and pharmaceutical operations. Your work directly contributes to the safety, reliability, and effectiveness of medication distribution processes. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical printing expertise, quality-focused manufacturing, and problem-solving skills in a highly regulated environment where precision matters and every detail can make a difference.

What You'll Do

  • Adjust and monitor adhesive and foil application systems for optimal consistency and performance.
  • Inspect printed materials during production to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications, focusing on print quality and adhesive/foil application.
  • Perform periodic quality checks to ensure bond strength, heat-seal integrity, and foil adhesion are up to industry standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot press issues, such as ink flow problems, registration issues, or adhesive/foil application defects.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the press, including cleaning, lubricating parts, changing inks/adhesives, and replacing worn components.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to address major mechanical issues, especially with adhesive and foil systems.
  • Monitor press speeds and production rates to ensure targets are met without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with the production team to optimize material and resource usage, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
  • Follow all safety protocols while operating presses and handling materials like Boards, inks, adhesives, and foils.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for manufacturing processes and equipment.
