    HiFyve is hiring a Machine Operator!


    Starting Pay: $20-$30+/hr (Depends on experience level and skills)

    Shift: 2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm)

    Location: Fort Atkinson, WI


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Machine Operator with the setup and operation of production equipment
    • Set up equipment accurately while following established operating and safety procedures
    • Support efficient machine operation to maximize production output, capacity, and quality
    • Inspect tooling before and after production runs and identify components requiring repair or maintenance
    • Help minimize material, ink, adhesive, and other production waste
    • Perform routine quality checks throughout production, including inspecting product dimensions, scoring, slotting, material quality, printing, and folding
    • Assist with troubleshooting equipment and production issues
    • Submit maintenance work orders for equipment requiring repair
    • Complete daily and weekly machine cleaning and housekeeping activities
    • Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues to the Machine Operator and production leadership
    • Provide recommendations to improve production efficiency, scheduling, quality, and cost performance
    • Follow all company quality standards and procedures to ensure customer requirements are met
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
    • Communicate effectively with production team members, supervisors, and other departments
    • Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety requirements

    Education Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED required

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing or production experience preferred
    • Experience operating or assisting with industrial production equipment preferred
    • Corrugated, paper, packaging, printing, or converting industry experience preferred
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
    • Ability to identify quality defects and production issues
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a clean work environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
