Position Title:
Flexo Graphic Die Cutter Operator
Pay Rate:
$25.75 per hour

Hourly Full-Time (6:30am to 2:30pm - Monday-Friday)

The Job You Will Perform:
Follow all plant health and safety standards including wearing proper PPE
Assist helper and other team members in setting up machine to prepare for running of orders
Mount print plates to rolls
Mount die boards to rolls
Setting up ink stations including the adding and removal of inks into and from the machine
Setup board in feeding section
Preparing bottom pads for automated stacking
Perform all quality checks and alert supervisor of any non-conformities
Monitor quality of incoming stock and finished product during runs
Monitor ink viscosity and PH periodically throughout the shift
Perform end of shift cleanups
Enter all quality and running information into the computer system
Print load tags, die cards, and print cards for order being ran
Monitor quality of finished product and complete in process checks before sending to shipping
Make adjustments to pressures and registrations to ensure quality product is produces
The Skills You Will Bring:
Must follow all plant rules including wearing of PPE at all times
Basic reasoning, mathematical, reading, and maintenance skills
Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
Must be dependable and report to work on-time for start of shift when scheduled
Corrugated experience preferred with high emphasis on flexo graphic die cutting
Must be able to read and understand work orders, print cards, die cards, and special instructions
Communicate to supervisor about non-conformities
Communicate to supervisors about health and safety issues
