Nanny, Flexible Schedule, Pick Your Own Shifts
$17 per hour
Homewatch CareGivers is building a team of experienced nannies across Austin and the surrounding areas. This role is childcare only.
How it works
When a request comes in that matches your area and availability, you get a notification through our scheduling app. You decide whether to take it. We ask that you pick up at least 3 shifts per week; the days are up to you. No fixed schedule, no assigned families, no obligation on the shifts you pass on.
What you'll do
- Care for children in their home, following the family's routines and rules
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Lead age-appropriate play and activities
- Handle tidying related to the children, including their dishes, toys, and laundry
- Give parents a clear recap at the end of each shift
What we offer
- $17 per hour, paid weekly
- Full control over which shifts you accept and when you work

Who we're looking for
- Prior nanny or professional childcare experience
- Warm, patient, and genuinely energetic with kids
- Comfortable walking into a new home and building trust quickly
- CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to get certified
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Bilingual is a plus
