What You'll Do
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Help with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning while following safe care practices.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan (non-clinical).
Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and daily activities.
Perform light housekeeping to help keep the home clean, safe, and organized.
Monitor clients' overall condition and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes to the office.
Follow each client's care plan and company policies.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility is required.
HHA or CNA certification is preferred but not required.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, patient, and respectful when working with clients and families.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.
