Liberty Security Group is hiring Flex Security Officers! We are hiring flex officers for Shift coverage in the Flint area. We are offering on call positions for immediate and future needs.  

What You’ll Do:

Patrol and inspect assigned sites
Observe, report, and respond to incidents
Enforce client rules and maintain safety
Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Clean criminal background (no felonies, violent/fraud misdemeanors, or weapons charges)
Available at least two shifts/week (days, afternoons, midnights) including weekends
Valid driver’s license or state ID & reliable transportation
Positive attitude, team player, customer service mindset
Access to a working cell phone
