Flex Operator Night Shift

Perform daily checks and audits of process systems including but not limited to mold pre-stage checks, water line checks, 5S audits, and Daily Equipment Checks (DEC). Assist other technical team members in their daily job duties, including preventive maintenance on injection molding tools and equipment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment
• Assist with the completion of material changes, option changes, and mold and version changes.
• Perform nozzle preparation, including the cleaning, testing and assembling of nozzles and nozzle blocks.
• Participate in safety and communications meetings as scheduled.
• Support in times of need: i.e., production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover support.
• Fill in for Relief Operators and Production Operators as needed.

Work Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Shift Hours and Schedule:

• 7p-7p
• 2/2/3 schedule
