Full-Time Flex Shopper & Delivery Driver | Buncha

This is not gig work - this is full-time W2 employment with benefits.

 Important: This role requires working between two store locations during your shift based on demand.

Pay & Benefits

• Average $24/hr ($16/hr base + tips + performance bonus)

What You'll Do

• Shop, stage, and deliver grocery orders using the Buncha app
• Support operations at:
• • Meijer Belleville
  • Meijer Lincoln Park
• Follow daily assignments from dispatch and shift leads
• Move between locations during your shift as needed

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working across multiple store locations
• Reliable and adaptable to changing needs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, active role

Requirements

• 21+ with valid U.S. driver's license and clean record
• Smartphone (Android 5.0+ or iOS 15+)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout shift
• Must pass background check
• Reliable transportation to travel between store locations
