    Job Summary

    The Connectivity Coordinator supports the technical onboarding, migration, and ongoing connectivity management of Home Management Companies (HMC) on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform (HVMB). This role partners with HMCs, Connectivity Providers, and internal technology teams to bring listings live, resolve connectivity issues, and support provider development priorities. Success is measured by connected HMCs and listings, timely issue resolution, and progress against priority development items. This flexible, project-based role supports an average of 15 technical onboarding and migration projects per month.

    Candidate Profile

    Required

    • High school diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in business, sales and marketing, management operations, or a related professional area;

    OR

    • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent international degree and 1 year of experience in business, sales and marketing, management operations, or a related professional area

    Preferred

    • 1+ years' experience in a business-facing role with significant interaction with technical teams.
    • Project management and organizational skills with a service mindset.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional demeanor, capable of expressing confident, independent judgment.
    • Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills.

    Core Work Activities

    • Serve as a connectivity subject matter expert and maintain accurate HVMB internal knowledge resources for each Connectivity Provider (PMS or Channel Manager).
    • Manage the technical onboarding of Home Management Companies after contracting and due diligence are complete.
    • Ensure content, calendar availability, fees, amenities, and property addresses meet HVMB requirements and flow through technical connections accurately.
    • Perform first-level technical troubleshooting, open support tickets, and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate internal and external teams.
    • Support connectivity issue resolution and connection migrations for HMCs already live on HVMB.
    • Publish units to the HVMB platform once technical and content requirements are met.
    • Identify and implement system and process enhancements that improve onboarding efficiency and connectivity support.
    • Support the Manager, Account Management & Connectivity in managing Connectivity Partner relationships and advancing priority development items based on pipeline needs.
    • Perform other duties as appropriate.
