    Description

    Position: PHGC Clubhouse Sales Attendant Hourly: $16.00  Location: Pine Hills Golf & Supper Club    Reports to: PHGC Manager 

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, striving for maximum guest satisfaction. 
    • Efficiently operate the bar, pro shop, and beverage cart as directed by the supervisor. 
    • Provide prompt, courteous service to all guests of Pine Hills Golf & Supper Club. 
    • Operate a computer-based cash register for transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping. 
    • Answer phone calls appropriately, following established procedures. 
    • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff. 
    • Keep the work area neat and stocked with necessary supplies. 
    • Participate in the employee random drug testing program. 
    • Work effectively with a diverse range of personalities. 
    • Attend all assigned meetings and training sessions. 
    • Wear the approved departmental uniform at all times. 
    • Report promptly to work and adhere to attendance requirements. 
    • Maintain compliance with all workplace policies, procedures, and regulations. 
    • Report guest complaints or concerns to the supervisor for resolution. 
    • Be knowledgeable about facility amenities, including locations of restrooms and hours of operation. 
    • Demonstrate commitment to the organization's goals and vision. 
    • Collaborate as a team member to ensure smooth operations. 
    • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
    • Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. 
    • Responsibilities may evolve based on organizational needs.  

    Qualifications & Education

    • High School Diploma or GED preferred; required for applicants 19 years and under. 
    • Courteous, energetic, reliable individuals who can perform duties professionally. 
    • Must submit to a court records search/background review. 
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and health screening. 
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays. 
    • Bartender’s license preferred; responsible beverage certification required within employment. 
    • Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and procedures is essential. 
    • Basic math skills for handling transactions. 
    • Physical ability to perform all tasks required of the position. 
    • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff. 
    • Proven ability to maintain a satisfactory working record in previous employment. 
    • Must adhere to the Tribe’s Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy.  

    Work Conditions

    • Frequent walking, standing, and use of hands; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. 
    • Specific vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception. 
    • Work is primarily outdoors in varying conditions, with moderate to high noise levels. 
    • The work environment is non-smoking, dust-free, and drug-free. Adherence to personal hygiene standards is necessary due to close team interaction.
