As a fleet, travel, and expense manager, you'll lead one manager and six individual contributors responsible for fleet, travel, and expense reimbursement programs. You'll oversee fleet operations supporting more than 6,000 vehicles and drivers with approximately $60 million in annual expenditure. You'll also support travel and expense programs processing nearly one million transactions and over $100 million annually. In this role, you'll develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, strengthen controls, mitigate risk, and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies. You'll ensure these programs provide a seamless employee experience, support business needs, and optimize resources. You'll also collaborate across the organization to create alignment, streamline operations, and ensure effective financial and operational oversight.

This is a remote position. Candidates must currently reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of six years of experience in Operations, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field, and a minimum of two years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field of study, and a minimum of three years of experience in Operations, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field, and a minimum of two years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).

Preferred skills

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams at both the manager and individual contributor levels, with a demonstrated ability to establish accountability, set performance expectations, build functional expertise, and align team priorities with broader business objectives.
• Strong demonstrated experience driving operational excellence across large-scale fleet, travel, and expense reimbursement functions through standardized processes, root cause analysis, and cost-control initiatives that translate into process, policy, system, and control improvements.
• Proven ability to provide financial and analytical oversight through spend and total-cost analysis, performance metrics, and ROI-based decision-making, leveraging data, technology, automation, and AI to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities to improve financial and operational performance.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and key stakeholders to translate business needs into functional strategies and programs, align across multiple areas, and clearly communicate recommendations and business cases to senior management.
• Demonstrated experience building strategic vendor relationships, negotiating and managing significant contracts, and monitoring vendor performance while balancing service quality, cost-effectiveness, risk, compliance, and evolving business requirements.

Compensation

• $98,400 - $131,200/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
