SummaryThe Director of Fleet Transactions is a key member of the Allegiant Finance organization, responsible for leading the planning, analysis, and execution of aircraft and engine transactions. This role supports Corporate Finance initiatives through the negotiation and management of aircraft acquisitions, leases, financing, and asset dispositions, while delivering rigorous fleet and market analysis, financial modeling, and overseeing aircraft deliveries. The Director plays a critical role in shaping fleet strategy, managing external relationships, and ensuring disciplined execution of all fleet-related financial and contractual activities.
