Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
The Fleet Support/Medicaid Transportation Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Compass Health's Medicaid Transportation program and agency-wide fleet operations. This position ensures individuals can access essential services in a timely, safe manner while staff have dependable vehicles to carry out their daily responsibilities. Through strong coordination, organization, and attention to detail, this role helps advance our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness. in the rural communities we serve.

QUALIFICATION(S): EDUCATION
High School/GED preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least one (1) year of administrative work experience preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
A valid, unrestricted driver''s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
Are highly organized and comfortable managing schedules, documentation, and compliance details
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, drivers, and community members
Adapt quickly to changing needs and can pivot when transportation demands shift
Take pride in maintaining accurate records and supporting operational efficiency
Value teamwork and understand the impact safe, reliable transportation has on access to care
Are motivated by contributing to meaningful work that strengthens access to healthcare in rural communities
