Fleet Supervisor – Supply Chain & Logistics

Location: Springdale, AR
Pay Rate: $22.00/Hour
Shift: Primarily Night and Weekend Shifts
Schedule: Variable based on operational needs

Example Schedules:

• Sunday–Wednesday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Wednesday–Saturday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Sunday–Thursday | 6:00 PM–2:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Fleet Supervisor with experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Operations, or Distribution to support daily fleet and transportation activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate transportation operations, monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure safe and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet operations, drivers, routes, and transportation activities.
• Monitor delivery, service, and overall transportation performance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, HR, Planning, Production, and Distribution teams.
• Identify and resolve operational, transportation, and logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate reports, records, and operational documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for reporting and data management.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable transportation operations.
• Support day-to-day fleet activities and help maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Operations, or Distribution.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work primarily night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
