The Fleet Services Manager ensures the efficient operation and reliability of the City's vehicle and equipment fleet. This role oversees maintenance and repair activities, manages parts inventory, and administers the fleet management system to optimize performance and compliance. By leading shop operations and supervising personnel, the position supports critical city services through safe, well-maintained vehicles and equipment.

This position requires lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally. WORK ENVIRONMENT
Working conditions involves exposure to variable and/or extreme weather conditions, heavy equipment, fleet machinery, hazardous chemicals/materials, infectious diseases, cuts, burns, or other physical harm. Utilizes personal protective equipment as required.
