The shop is seeking a Fleet Service Advisor to support commercial fleet customers in a high-volume operation.
The position offers $65,000–$85,000+ annually through a guaranteed base salary and team-based monthly performance incentives.
Service Advisors work Monday through Friday with no weekends while coordinating repairs, customer communication, and shop workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial fleet customers from estimate through vehicle delivery
• Build estimates, present repair recommendations, and secure customer approvals
• Create repair orders and dispatch work to technicians
• Coordinate technician workflow and repair progress throughout the shop
• Order parts and communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs while keeping customers informed
• Perform quality control before vehicle delivery
• Collaborate with technicians and management to support efficient shop operations

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Independent repair shop or dealership experience welcomed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to create estimates, close repair orders, and coordinate technician workflow
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-volume environment
• Shop management software experience is a plus; Fullbay experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Isuzu, Ford, Chevrolet, Peterbilt, or Kenworth vehicles is a plus; CDL is a strong plus
